If you feel that a Judge has made an inappropriate comment from the bench, get a transcript. Your courthouse has the file, ask the clerk for the transcript, or record of the remark, and file a complaint with your States Commissioner or Judicial performance committee.
Chances are your not the first one who was hurt by the remark. One woman’s actions can help many.
